Sunrise

Our special time. I unknowingly on her last day created a time where we can have a moment together everyday. It's painful but I feel it will be healing too. Around sunrise is a liminal time one where the veil is thinner between worlds connection should be easier. For now nothing feels easy.

I remembered today that a specific crystal healing was so helpful when I struggled with grief last time so husband helped me with one and I felt better. I felt calmer and could feel her a little more.
