…on the dining room table. The binocs move around constantly but with one of the birdbaths (still empty today) outside the nearest window, they’re handy here.

Rain overnight has meant none of the neighbour’s bees turned up today. It’s unclear whether they have just been utilising nearby puddles and will be back or whether they’ve found an alternative water source which means we can refill our birdbaths.

A busy day of one-on-ones at work, not my favourite type of meeting particularly when there’s an element of performance management involved. I need to work on building skills in this area.
