Muscovy Duck

Just a steady Monday today. The weather has been drizzly and dull all day, not really conducive for doing much outdoors, but after lunch we decided to have a quick walk around Hartsholme Lake as Brian wanted to get his monthly river shot.

I took my camera along, but due to the rain I stuck with phone shots. This Muscovy Duck standing by the lake caught my eye. I think the birds were hoping someone would have food for them, but we didn't unfortunately.

Once we'd finished in the park we went to Sainsbury's for the weekly shop. Brian had another money off coupon! I hope they keep sending them as I prefer Sainsbury's. It's spacious and never feels crowded, and there's a good selection of products.

We are just lazing around now...
