The beginning

Beneath the arch with the lamp, my street begins. This is the town's oldest street with maintained stretch since the Viking Age. Of course, it did not look like this then, it was probably more a path for people and horses. But still, my street is historic. And has such a beautiful beginning on the east bank of the river.
Behind me is a new park, (from the 1930s) created from dump material (gravel and stone) from a construction site by the river.
