Mono Monday...Beneath

I made my way to the general hospital today, horrible weather, and the buses didn't seem to have much heating. It turned into a wasted visit, as the procedures I had been waiting almost year for couldn't be done due to my scarily high blood pressure. Never had a problem with it before, but despite trying to relax and breathe slowly and gently, after three readings it just wouldn't come down. So, a visit to the GP next, to find out options...I'm gutted...
