Buns

I tend to do most of the day to day cooking in our household but when it comes to baking or desserts, W takes responsibility.  Today she decided to make the first batch this year of hot cross buns, and here they are straight out of the oven.  They smell rather good!

Most of these are destined to be frozen, to be taken out and defrosted as and when we want one.  I rather suspect they won't all get frozen though, and that a couple may be consumed later.
