Fair Isle Ponies

Another fine sunny day with a couple of light scattered showers :)
Well I was going to Blip a photo about the Scalloway Regatta boat parade today. It was really busy in Scalloway with a lot of people around watching the rowing races and the parade.
I headed into Lerwick at lunchtime and the town had a buzz of activity going on. Fiddles playing, folk singing, market stalls all around the main street and then two ponies wearing Fair Isle knitwear walked passed. I see Fair Isle knitting everyday, I see ponies everyday but I don't see ponies wearing Fair Isle everyday, certainly a novelty to see :) Taken on the main street, Commercial Street, Lerwick.
