Impossibly Blue Sky

St. Mary Newtown is the third oldest continuous Catholic parish in the USA. It was founded in 1674. This structure was built in 1790 as a one story church that was later made into a two story building. The parishioners are working on restoring the old church. The grounds of the parish are so beautifully rural. 
We visited the church today to check out the hall where our son will have his wedding reception. It was fun to learn about this amazing historic location that is less than 15 minutes from our house.
