Singer scissors

I posted pinking shears on Jan. 21and mentioned an old pair of my mum's scissors for a future blip. Here they are. I've tried to find some info on them because I haven't seen any others like them and don't know why the handles are different. The shapes look like possible bottle openers. No luck finding any info.
An EB. I'm leaving soon to go over to be with family. Not the circumstances I could have foreseen for a visit.
