Plywood Burning

I decided to have a fire in the pit in our garden area, partly to get rid of some deadwood twigs I had been gathering, and partly to burn some remnants from the old water catcher.

I had used an old sheet of 8x4 ft plywood as a 'wall', to protect the contents from wind and rain. It was fairly battered when I installed it, and was falling apart when I removed it. But on the fire it was very interesting. I split the individual layers apart to burn them, and they twisted and curled, and burned more brightly on the edges.
