Great Northern Diver

Another short session after work down at Scapa pier. Very calm water and sunshine. This diver seemed to have no trouble catching fish- it must have caught four in the time I watched. Other birds- long-tailed ducks (extra), red-breasted merganser, black guillemot, eiders, curlew, bar-tailed godwits, turnstones, ringed plover etc
