CAT AND CATMINT

Freddie in the catmint. This is his Catmint plant so he is allowed to squash and eat it. I don't think I could stop him anyway. At one point he was surrounded by a dozen white butterflies but when the same number of bees joined him he decided to move.

A nice quiet day here as G is at the cricket. Listening to it on the radio the covers came on just as the rain started here, but it hasn't lasted in either place. The Two-barred Crossbill has reappeared near Waddington which is on his route home, so it may be a late supper tonight. Meanwhile, back to my book and the cricket.
