Stretch & Swivel

Not a busy day, lethargy rules, but dropped S off at a class and picked her up again after doing the weekend shop. I thought she might need to get someone else to cover after tweaking something in her back but a combo of pills, Voltarol and some stretch & swivel eased it for a couple of hours. That regimen continued throughout the day though!
