Stage Fright

Popped to London with Rich, Sarah & Jay today for the matinée showing of the Inside No. 9 play, Stage Fright. I absolutely loved it; no spoilers but it was a perfect combo of comedy, drama, silly scares and genuine spookiness, and honestly I was so happy to see Shearsmith & Pemberton work their magic on stage. Brilliant. Though I will say I was a little uncomfortable in our seats; they were way high up which isn't usually a problem for me, but the seating was weirdly steep (the seats in front of me barely came up to my knees) and it was rather disconcerting...! It was also very nice to have a lift to and from London, meaning we got to come home with time for a cuppa, Masked Singer, and to sleep in our own bed.
