Though there are tons of other yoga poses I also like to explore, am somehow drawn to keep practicing eka pada urdhva dhanurasana especially after learning that wheel pose variations are good for strengthening the spine, arms and shoulders. Especially looking to strengthen my shoulders to improve my handstand practice in the coming days.
