Dull day

It was a very grey and murky day. After a morning appointment I went for my late birthday present vaccinations - pneumonia in one arm and shingles in the other. Walked to meet a friend afterwards, a no show as she’d got the day we were meeting mixed up. My shingles arm felt twice as heavy as the other as my walk continued. Quite painful and I have to have another one in 6 months. Joy!
