Big puffy clouds reflected in the swampy water at Savannah National Wildlife Refuge


We did a drive through with cousins Sheri and Bill so Bill could see a few alligators. The refuge is about 20 minutes from their new home here in South Carolina. We did see gators of all sizes. My cousins are a little freaked out about living near possums, raccoons, snakes and gators. Nothing like that at their old home! They will soon forget about that fear as they enjoy their new reality.


We laughed when Sheri checked the temperature at her old home in Ohio. 32F while we were sitting outside in the sunshine with 70F. She was so happy about that!
