Fail

This is called spaghetti. 

This happens when one or more parts get knocked off the build plate. The printer creates the model layer by layer, but if the layer below is not there (because it was knocked off) then it just builds up like this mess.

I don't have my setting dialed in yet with PETG and this particular PETG is... proving difficult.
