Bookends

I was hoping to blip the Manchester Tart I made today. It was something of an event as I’m a pretty reluctant cook but it’s a real blast from my childhood and I was determined to have a go after I saw a recipe a few days ago.

Unfortunately, whilst my culinary efforts were delicious, they were not photogenic, lol.
