Going away for a couple of days tomorrow and my friend insisted I borrowed her up to date sat nav. (Mine is so old it is steam driven!) Going to set it up but having a cup of tea first as I have just had an annoying 'phone coversation with Santander about an internet query. Had a job to understand the 'scouse' accent which was spoken at speed and finally learnt that the section dealing with my type of query is 'down' today, but had to be put through to 3 different people before the truth was revealed! Grrrh
