Horrid shot......

.....today because I haven't really done anything much apart from this......R wanted to make some biscuits and I said I had a good one for ginger nuts!  Could I find it....of course not (at first)!  I tend to keep far too much and it all gets jumbled up in the end however often I sort them.  Must go through them all again and throw most away because I haven't used them in....years!   I found the recipe eventually and also the good one for shortbread too.
