More Printing

made at he workshop last Sunday :)

As its been a slow, bitterly cold and damp day I haven't really been outside, so took the opportunity to share some more prints.

Painted the gelli plate
Put a felt shape onto the paint
then a piece of corrigated cardboard with circles of fabric sewn on

Then I pressed sugar paper (brown one in the middle) over it.

This didn't work very well, but the ordinary paper on he left worked better  

On the right is the print taken after I repainted the gelli plate.  I really like this print although it doesn't show the corrigated card so much :)

Early morning trip to the local Tesco Express for a couple of things to tide me over til my food delivery arrived.

Then I've been doing laundry and housework, trying to be organised as my Dad is probably coming tomorrow, 

The shopping arrived at lunchtime, and I'm going to roast chicken and vegetables this evening for a change :)

And relaxed late afternoon as feeling quite tired due to the insomnia I'm still suffering - awake at 4am most days and unable to get back to sleep  :(.
