The next field

This field is next to the bark park where I took Coda and Pumpkin today. They are rescue donkeys - or with those long ears could it be a mule.
They came up to the fence to greet us and I was sorry I didn't have any carrots to give them. They are both rescues, so hopefully with good food and care they will look better soon. It was hot and windy today and there was only one other dog at the park so my dogs didn't have much doggy interaction, but they still enjoyed running around.
A trip to the shops to look for another recliner chair for hubby - his present one isn't working well. Unfortunately he didn't find one that was comfortable enough so we'll keep looking or hopefully be able to have the old one fixed.
We will watch the finals of our SA T20 cricket tonight, and hope our team from Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) wins.
