Easy Afternoon

We were at Parkrun this morning, setting up the course then I ran for the first time at our home event in a couple of years.  Where did that time go?  I was a little bit hesitant to start on my crook knee, but Ian joined me and we had a similar pace.  Thanks to Ian I managed all four laps without stopping to walk on the hill and was pleased that my knee held up.

It was chilly when we finished and packed away and the rain arrived so it was home to cuppas and lunch, then time to have an easy afternoon.  I finished my jigsaw, another of the Gibson Art File series which I really enjoy.  This one is very green!

We were hoping that Wales would find some magic in Rome today but it's half time and they are well off the pace....
