Is it art?

I think so. Took a walk down the South Bank to see the skateboarders but unfortunately there were none so I had to make do with the graffiti instead. Then into a well known coffee chain where for some unknown reason the guy behind the counter said the pastries were on the house. They may have been left over from yesterday but they were still perfectly edible.
On to St Pauls. I couldn't believe they wanted £30 to go in! Last time I went in it was free - but thinking about it that may have been nearly 20 years ago. We decided to pass on it.
On the way back to the hotel via the HOuses of Parliament an American tourist stopped as asked " is that Big Ben?" We had a good laugh about it with her saying she just wanted to be sure but I cannot believe any tourist coming to London would not have that image indelibly printed in their mind. Surely it has to be one of the top 5 images of London.
