Lincoln castle main entrance

This view has not been possible for a few years while English heritage have been examining it for damage before the restoration starts.
I had seen a gilet pattern promoted by the fabric quarter the other day and thought it would make a good project, So I went in today to be told that some Steampunk fabric had been delivered early and would I like to look at it :-) So now the Gilet will be made  in Steampunk clocks material with a heavy lining to keep it's shape. It has not come cheap !! so I hope I do it justice !!
