Notes: Awake again thru the night and went back to sleep a couple times early morning, finally up after 7a. Did some things around the house to wait to leave to get to WF ~8a when they open (is only about 5 min away). Got a bit more there than I'd planned (not surprising) but did get 2 of the 100% grass-fed Greek yogurt that I've been trying to find. Still spent over $50! Had coffee and into sweats when I got back. Online in the morning and finally decided to watch a bit of JC & Janine that I've not been inclined to listen to for months now! Some really good stuff and things I was picking up on myself so that felt reassuring ... as well as the state and direction of what's happening and where things might be going. Quiet day mostly otherwise ... had a chicken crust in the freezer - think I made it in Hillsville! Added my own sauce w/ sauteed garlic, beef bacon chunks and buffalo mozzeralla - very good! Still hungry tho and kept snacking on things. Michelle & I chatted on the phone after 7p - feels like forever since I've seen her but hasn't even been a full week since I left there! Watched some shows and then went to bed and watched a bit more.
