Darling buds

So nearly Spring now!

It's been a rainy (and haily) day in my little corner of the world, but I still made it out for a short lunchtime walk. 

D has been out to give blood this afternoon so I took the opportunity of a little quiet time to fill in a job application and then sit peacefully with a cup of tea and a book. Finally we have an evening together where neither of us is tired-er than necessary, so looking forward to film watching, board games and an unhurried bedtime.
