Six of one and half a dozen of the other
A house that I walk past regularly has a flagpole in the back garden, and the flag changes frequently.
This time it’s the six martlets, the heraldic symbol of both East and West Sussex.
It’s windy today, and as I waited for the flag to unfurl completely for long enough to take a photo, six real birds flew over it.
But I did manage to get a better picture of the flag for the extra.
