A good hike

Mira (in the photo) and I decided not to get out on the water in a double as there was a gale force wind blowing. Instead we had a lovely hike in a nature reserve (wet lands) just outside Middelburg.
Some really good bird watching incl. storks (which I had not seen in Zeeland before), lots of geese and a flock of curlews. We also saw the first lambs of the season! As you can see here, you have to get across waterways with the self propelled (well pulled by yourself) ferries.
