New Friends

It was lovely weather for walking along the Taylor River Tracks today. So much for the weather forecast of rain. It was sunny, warm, and quite spring like. There were lots more people about than usual. Dog walkers, mountain bikers and runners.
This dad was walking his little two year old son along part of the track. They looked a bit apprehensive when they first spotted the dogs. I assured them that the dogs are very friendly and the next thing Fergus was making friends. His tail wagging frantically, he nosed into the man and his little son. The little lad enjoyed petting Fergus, particularly stroking his soft velvety ears.
It is so nice to have dogs that are so friendly to everybody down along the river tracks.
