Colegrave Visit

Internet a problem all week so this morning I am going to try and catch my blips up to date.
Helen and I went down to Colegraves with Marcus and Susan today.The trial grounds have all been revamped and they look superb.
Not a great deal in the way of new plant material to see but some of the themed baskets were excellent.
The gardens were opened to the public for one evening and had over a thousand visitors who mainly wanted to know where they could buy these sort of plants and why they never see this sort of thing on gardeners world.This is very frustrating as growers we are pushing to get these fantastic plants into the garden centres but gardeners world on the BBC never feature them.
A long drive home.Over four hours with the traffic.
Weather still nice.
