Vegetable Chilli
I don’t think a younger version of me would have appreciated a vegetarian version of Chilli con Carne. Now, I produce a large batch for freezing every few weeks and it is rare indeed to cook one with meat.
It was a working day, spent at home in front of the computer, as if I hadn’t spent enough time there in the last few days. Even more frustrating that it was a glorious day’s weather and I’m limited in taking advantage of it while I rest my ankle.
I printed off a couple more images for mounting. It is enjoyable to see an image on paper, rather than via a digital screen. They are different.
