Golden Gulberwick

A beautiful sunrise, clouded over for a bit, then a beautiful sunny day.  Breezy all day, calm and clear tonight. 

The day started with me and Steve doing litter bins in Scalloway.  Phone call came in, a colleague got injured on the toon essykert, thankfully no broken bones or permanent damage.  The rest of the day was on the toon essykert, north Lerwick, Sandveien and Nederdale, paper recycling waste. Walkies with Sammy after work.  Nipped down to mam's this evening, also along Laura too.  Last walkies before bed. 

An absolutely stunning day, just what we are needing.  Pink skies at sunrise, turning golden, and then a beautiful day of bright sunshine with blue skies.  In the lea, you could feel the warmth, but with that breeze, it was cold.  This was taken heading back into Lerwick this morning, with that stunning golden glow.  Taken near the Black Gaet junction, Gulberwick.
