No idea…

…what this book might offer, but my favourite second hand book shop re opened today after a refurbishment and this caught my eye as I had looked at it in Waterstones the other day.
As for today… appointment with the consultant about me knees. Not too sure about the way forward. Both knee caps are miss aligned which aggravates the osteoarthritis and cysts.There is still a bit of cartilage which is good so it’s not totally bone on bone , so for the next three months it’s more painkillers. Feeling a bit unsure about it all and what the future holds. A draining day
