What a difference a day makes!

The sun was shining today and I couldn't avoid the cleaning of my car! The dirt has been staring at me every time I walked up the drive to the road. Today I grabbed my buckets, watering cans, rubber gloves and wash mitt! It took me about 90 minutes of physical exercise but the result was worth the effort. To do it in the sunshine made all the difference. I'm sure in a week or two it will be just the same again.
Before the car wash I'd been to Root and Branch the community café in Stanhope. We had a wonderful Homity pie so I guess I worked a few of the calories off. 
I also chatted to my mum's GP and have hopefully got her help with some extra pain relief.
A walk with Reg around the village after the car washing made the most of the sunshine.
