Is this really art?

Traveling recently I came across this Roller and couldn't quite decide if this was art or vandalism. The portrayal of Australian landscapes from the outback is something to behold.
The entire car is covered in a similar fashion except for the roof (bonnet) and as would be expected, it attracts a lot of attention. Not sure what the manufacturers think about it. One for the museum.
