Drippy Ferns
We had a hard ground frost overnight, followed by some mist this morning. After breakfast I dashed over to Kelling Heath to try and capture some atmospheric images before the conditions changed.
The main photo was taken partly into the sun and the frost had melted to leave droplets of water on the remains of last year's ferns. I've added an extra of a frosty twig.
Later in the morning I went along to the monthly talk at our local library, the subject of which was the history of NT Felbrigg Hall, given by one of the volunteers who works at the hall. Afterwards, B kindly treated me, H & M to a coffee in the comfortable lounge area of the cafe in Bakers & Larners.
What a lovely way to spend the morning.
