Woke up feeling disgusting, so when my teammates arrived for the team run, I sent them off without me. When they came back, I was feeling better, so I ran home with Timmy and then ended up running a total of 7 miles.

Last Playback of the summer today. I had a great time, and I got an awesome bassoon lesson from Shari afterwards.

Rob invited me to his block party, so I hung out there for a while. It was nice seeing him in person for the first time this summer.

I went to Paige's tonight and got to see a lot of people, many of whom I haven't seen in a long, long time. I had a fantastic time.
