Wow!

We woke to sunshine.. lovely and worth the wow!  The snowdrops looked lovely in the morning light but it was very chilly all the same. They don't mind that! 
A day spent mostly inside but I did prune one of our apple trees before my hands froze. It has so many water shoots I am not sure quite what to do with it. 
I made a recipe I had seen on instagram for a Dubai bar. I have to say making it was a pain.. nothing appeared to go right and then I overheated the coating chocolate so it went grainy and difficult to finish off with. It is so rich I can barely eat it.. perhaps I will try tweaking the recipe myself. I wouldn't use frozen rasperries next time.. perhaps freeze dried ones would work better. I have had a bit this evening and think the dark chocolate may keep me awake till tomorrow!! Haha.. ah well!
