No red squirrels.

Last autumn we bought a yearly subscription for the Yorkshire Arboretum. It closed for a couple of months in the winter, this week it reopened so lunch packed we set off in beautiful sunshine.
The volunteers were very busy cutting back and general tidying.
After a lovely walk we sat in the sunshine and had our lunch, then it was off to the Red Squirrel enclosure (Stanley had to stay in the car) sadly we didn’t see the squirrels today but we did see these beautiful Mandarin Duck.
