For the first time in a while, granddaughter Amelia was awake before us which was good as it's a half hour drive to get her into school for 9am.

This week's W-I-D-E on Wednesday Challenge theme is 'round or curvy' and I stopped on the way home from the school run to take a photo' of the sun burning through cloud behind a tree in a field near Clytha, Usk (South Wales UK) I've given it any 'arty' spin which I hope you'll like as well.

Midday, Mrs BB and I set off on a five mile walk from home up Coppett Hill to Symonds Yat. A lovely bright cold day, we spotted the back of wild deer as they ran off when they hear us. We saw many signs of the coming  Spring but getting home I read snow is due to hit most of the UK on February 18th!
