MMC25: Day 5

I'm going to try to do all of the themes this week.  I've tried in the past but have always come up short. Fridays are always tough for me, at least until the cactus bloom. Today, it's Wide on Wednesday.  The theme is 'round or curved.'  I spotted this cloud and thought it was perfect. It can't be a contrail because it moved as the clouds moved - and it was huge.  It's in B&W, of course, for the February mono challenge. I think it looks better in color.  I'll add that. The plumbers were here to check out the water softener and it has been determined that mine needs to be replaced. It was installed in 2007 as a housewarming gift from my mom.  The water here is very hard and does funky things to my skin, so despite the cost, it's worth it to me.  

I have my annual eye exam later today.  I hope I don't have to cough up the cash for a new pair but I think my computer glasses and sunglasses do need to be replaced. They weren't updated the last time my prescription changed.

Other than that, just a typical day.  I've fallen behind trying to keep up with the laundry because of my back. I think I'll break the large loads into smaller ones so I can carry the basket. It's also very nice out today so I'll try to water the cactus, bushes and tree.  We haven't had any measurable rain here since September.
