The Secret’s Out!
This dates from the 1950s and is the handed down recipe from Watson’s in Glasgow that my butcher father learned and used to make haggis, only a couple of years after the photos of him in yesterday’s blip were taken! And he made great haggis, as well as black pudding, fruit pudding, potted heid and mealie jeemie pudding!
In other GREAT news, Mum is being discharged from the hospital for transfer to her care home, so I will see her in situ for the first time tomorrow and have a small window of opportunity to help her break the ice a little more before we depart!
