That broke the camels back... Excuse my absence; after an ill advised McDonalds on Friday night, I ended up in Urgent Care with severe abdominal pain on Saturday... not a fun weekend. Feeling a lot better now thankfully, if a little skittish around food! :P

Safe to say I'm put off McDs completely now.
