Phenomenal

I get myself into many wonderful situations and this is no exception.

I was asked to provide some medical cover for a group of 4 amazing men who have been running a relay from Wimbledon, London to Lytham, Lancashire non stop since Friday.

They are running for Bentrend getinvolved which is a charity that helps organisations on The Fylde Coast and in London.

I took this as the team took a break between legs.

The physio work has been done and the pasta is cooking.

Shortly after I took this I joined one of the runners, Mark, for a ten mile leg that turned out to be 11.5 miles!

See you in Lytham at 3 am. A phenomenal 7 hours ahead of schedule!
