Happy Hens

They’re happy because they escaped! It was very frosty and cold first thing but was almost a summers day by lunchtime! I finished cutting all the brambles behind the woodshed, and started on the ivy, and by then the hens had come to join me.
They had a good scratch around and then left me to concentrate on the area under the bird feeders, which is where they are in this photo!
