Fresh and colourful

Veggie box day today and always a delight. Carrots, potatoes and kale already used in our lentil cottage pie tonight. 
A nice meet up with our daughter at lunchtime, then a short  (cold, damp and windy) run. Lovely relaxing yoga tonight.
