I had to go into town this afternoon for my two-yearly eye test at Specsavers, all done very professionally and including the optional OCT scan - very interesting to be able to see inside your own eyes..

I returned home just as the sun was setting (that’s around 5pm just now) and just in time to do a couple of barrowloads of wood. The sky looked very pretty at this point (in contradt to the grey murk of earlier on) so I thought I’d take a quick photo. It was raining again by the time I went back indoors to light the fire and make tea.
