Along to S and K's to finish off paper work and do the ironing . Also emptied their dishwasher. 
A good day to be indoors, weather wet. 
Back to mine, did some tidying and cleaning then read my book. 
I have now completely shut down, feeling so low. I am hungry but can't move, my body feels stuck.
